During maintenance our engineers will visit you annually. They will thoroughly check and test each component to prevent an issue from occurring. With some systems the maintenance can be completed remotely. An engineer won’t need to be present to make sure your system is running smoothly.
Maintenance visits also allow us to investigate any issues you may be having. Or talk you through any changes or questions you may have about your alarm.
Where applicable, we will also test your monitoring. This means we will make sure the Alarm Receiving Centre is getting the signals to ensure the correct alert in the event of intrusion.

As well as installing new alarms we are able to take-over existing systems to provide upgrades and/or maintenance.
We will send an engineer to your property to assess your current alarm and to try to understand any issues you may be having with your current provider. We will then be able to advise on the best way forward in providing you unbeatable quality maintenance and service.
Depending on the systems age, quality and condition we can suggest if the alarm needs any replacements to assure that it is protecting your home.
